Product Brands provides private label sourcing, branding, packaging, and fulfillment services. All services are subject to separate agreements and quotes.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms are specified in individual quotes. Deposits are typically required before production begins.
You retain ownership of your brand and intellectual property. Product Brands retains rights to our processes, methodologies, and proprietary information.
Product Brands' liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
